CHAIRMAN

Bob’s extensive experience in both the establishment and management of corporate entities makes him a particularly valuable member of any finance management team. His roles at board level of both Australian and overseas companies mean that he understands exactly how secondary issues (especially those relating to public companies) need to be considered in every commercial matter, particularly when it comes to large transactions.

Ultimately, Bob’s experience not only in the legal world but also in the corporate sector means that he has the ability to analyse any issue from a number of perspectives. He is the current Chairman of Axiom Mining Ltd, and Mantle Mining Corporation.

Michael Robinson

CONSULTANT
SOLICITOR OF THE SUPREME COURT OF QUEENSLAND

Michael has practised principally in the areas of property/leasing: commercial/business, banking and finance and mortgage lending, with Partner Robison and Robinson Solicitors in Surfers Paradise. In 1999 he incorporated Securcorp Ltd and obtained an AFSL licence to operate Securcorp Ltd as the RE of the SMIF. He expanded funds under management in the SMIF from $20M to $145M. Throughout this period, Securcorp LTD funded approximately $680M of lending in the property development sector across the east coast of Australia. Since 2013 Michael has been Consultant to Shakespeare Haney Securities Limited.

Due to Michael’s extensive experience in law and funds management, he has been engaged by law firms as an expert witness in both Supreme Court and Federal Court litigation matters. These engagements included the preparation of expert reports and appearances at trial to give evidence as an expert.

Adam Tilley

DIRECTOR

Diploma in Finance, Cert IV in Mortgage Broking, Responsible Manager.

Adam has over twenty-eight years’ experience in the property finance sector in the Asia Pacific Region. He has experience in commercial and residential property finance and to date has overseen approximately AUD$1 billion of funding in Australasia.

Adam started his banking career at ANZ McCaughan, his understanding of finance and credit has assisted hundreds of companies and corporations reach their goals.

Adam is a Responsible Manager of Pacific 8 and has the qualifications and prerequisites to provide an extensive range of services to all sectors of the property finance market.

He has a Diploma in Finance, has a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking, and successfully completed an ASFL course for responsible managers.

Andrew Kingston

DIRECTOR

Diploma in Finance, Cert IV in Mortgage Broking, Responsible Manager.

Andrew has extensive experience in the financial services sector with Macquarie Bank, including the foreign exchange market, marketing products with major banks, working as a private client advisor in both stock broking and securing property related finance – including construction, commercial property, first and second mortgage finance and bridging loans.

Andrew successfully completed an AFSL course for Responsible Manager and is currently the director and Responsible Manager for Pacific 8.
